The timeliness. Our technician called ahead because he was able to come over earlier than scheduled which worked out for us. He was here for an hour and that included explaining the zerorez process before starting and checking in with me after to make sure I was happy with the results. He also checked in midway so I could see the “before and after” comparison of a certain area of carpet. Overall, it was a great experience. Very friendly and efficient.

The Customer Services staff was quick to respond to my request for information about their carpet cleaning product and pricing. We were notified 24-48 hours prior to our service date regarding the "window" of time we could expect staff to arrive the day of; and were contacted by the person who was coming to do the work when he was 20-30 minutes out. Nathaniel was very courteous and professional and presented himself very well. He walked us through the proposal as quoted, walked through the areas to be cleaned to assess the situation, asked all the right questions, and then went about his work. He was in and out in approximately 60-90 minutes. We couldn't have been more pleased with the level and quality of service and the end result. The carpets look and feel wonderful!

I like that you came back out to fix the areas that wasn't clean, you asked me what you can do to solve my issues. The second time, the person went over everything with me step-by-step.
