I liked the pricing and that the cleaning was chemical free (good flyer and website covering your cleaning process). The technician was very professional and efficient. I appreciated his clear communication with details and suggestions (use of fans, slipping warning). He made sure I had the opportunity to ask questions too. Was very impressed by how well the carpets came clean. Will use again in the future. I was very skeptical at first but watched a video on the company on how they clean carpets and ZEROREZ did not disappoint once they did my Parents carpets in their home. Appreciated quick response to services upon scheduling. In addition, with national health concern (covid) was happy to see workers wearing masks, gloves, and covers on their shoes while cleaning. Have used ZEROREZ in the past, would highly recommend to anyone who needs air ducts or carpets cleaned.

Clean carpets
The young man who cleaned my carpet was professional, friendly and worked diligently on a very large spot in my dining room. He advised that it would take abut 24 hours to dry and that was right on. The spot is still there but so much better.......
