Zerorez did an excellent job for us this past week. Carpets cleaned and on top of that cleaned our easy chairs even removing some of the stains etc. We appreciate the service and the tech's quick work!

We had some pet stains and the service person listens carefully to us and also described the differing levels of cleaning for pet stains. The carpet did take quite a while to dry which surprised me. At first I thought the carpet seems more stif but it softened up after completely drying and walking on.
The technician, Derek, did a very thorough and amazing job cleaning all of our chairs.

I live in the Fountain Woods Condo's in Edina. I really appreciated first off the discount we received in getting our own apartments cleaned. Very friendly service with Alexis on the phone. I am so sorry as I forgot the young man's name who cleaned my carpets. He also was very friendly and did a remarkable job. (To help identify him he had long hair.) I am very pleased with the finished work on my carpet. So glad this offer was given us. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

The service technician was honest and thorough. He was not manipulative and worked really hard. He was Covid safe and super kind and polite. He did a great job!
Carpets looked visibly clean as expected. Technician (Allen) was professional and patient in doing the work, and answering any questions, and did a good job overall.
Overall we are happy with the work, but the hard plastic ducts that are lugged into the house did scratch and damage the hardwood flooring in several places. ZeroRez should do something about this - consider using different kinds of ducts or use protective covering when your equipment is running through the house. This is the not the technician's fault, maybe they need better equipment. Nice work from a carpet cleaning standpoint, but this issue needs to be considered.
