First, can I just say the Art was a fantastic technician! His friendliness and professionalism were appreciated. We have used Zero Rez in the past, but for some reason the last time we cleaned the basement carpet, used a groupon. It looked fine- for about 2 months. Then the soap they used attracted all kinds of dirt, especially on the stairs. Art came out this time and had the carpet looking brand new! Once it dried (in about 24 hours) there was no crunch or residue on the carpet. It felt so good to walk on it in bare feet. Lesson learned, I will never use anyone other than Zero-Rez their cleaning process is superior!
