The pictures before and after of the vent cleaning, as well as the furnace video were extremely valuable in helping assess the effectiveness of your service. However there were 2 vent closures that were not putted back due to technical difficulty that was easily remediated by just screwing in new holes, and the dryer vent cleaning left all of the materials on the outside ground when it should have been caught and dumped away.

Friendly representative that talked to me when I made my appointment was friendly. I got an appointment on a bit short notice for the time I wanted. My technician was very kind and respectful. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and then he cleaned my carpets. The carpets are old and worn but they are really refreshed and smell nice.
