What do you like about our products and services?

I am happy with the good work that Zerorez does. In some areas, this is more evident after the carpet dries. The workers are always courteous and professional and arrive on time. The products used help to clean especially dirty areas. I am very pleased that fiber protection is also offered.

Called 20 minutes before like they said they would- walked the job before starting and agreed on price- did a walk thru afterwards to answer any questions - cleaned up well before they left

They were extremely accommodating. They said if we weren’t happy, they would shampoo the rug/rugs again. They wore foot covers & masks. Their work on our rugs is excellently clean. We even added two extra rooms that they did and said that wouldn’t be a problem. They told us their company even has additional services they offer like stretching, selling rugs & more. We are extremely pleased. THANK you!!

What do you like about our products and services?

The tech came and clean the air ducts. Even help us figure out how to run our air exchanger. I will definitely be using them next year for the cleaning.
