I was skeptical because our consumer grade cleaner has not gotten certain spots as clean as we would have liked. I didnt think there was that big of a difference between what i coul achieve with a consumer grade cleaner but i was wrong. The carpets look 5 years newer after getting cleaned by zerorez. Literally plan on throwing away our consumer cleaner because whats the point
