I had driven from out of town and had rented a truck, but due to bad traffic, I arrived at your area rug facility 10 minutes after closing. Alex saw me and still opened the door. He said it was fine and that he could take care of my 2 rugs. He helped me unload, did a thorough inspection, then re-booted up his computer to complete my invoice. Even though he was working late, he had nothing but the best attitude for me along with a smile. What makes me write this is that I truly received the best customer service I have had in several years. These days that is truly hard to find! You really are blessed to have him as an associate.

Very knowledgeable, friendly top notch service. Asked my area if concerns and worked extra hard on getting some stains out. My carpets are 20 years old and Dylan did a great job getting them cleaned.
