I thought the technician was very competent and worked hard. He was polite and efficient. I think the service is very effective for ordinary cleaning. Unfortunately it isn't as effective on pet urine. I wish you could develop a method better than crawling on carpet and smelling to discover where the urine smell is coming from. After two trips and over $1,700 invested I can still smell the urine. I just don't know where it is. This is a reasonably new quality carpet and now it is likely I'll have to replace it at an added expense. I need you to find a better method to locate and eliminate the pet urine smell. I think the tech did as good a job as he possibly could with the tools he has available.

Our air duct cleaning technician, Andre, was prompt, professional and fast. He was very knowledgeable about the process and products available. Although my home's ducts were not so bad as others he had cleaned, the quality of air moving through my home is noticeably improved. In just two days, there is less dust accumulating on the interior surfaces of my home. It gives me great peace of mind, knowing that the air I am breathing is cleaner than before the cleaning. I would highly recommend this service as a regular part of your home maintenance routine!
