The people in the office I talked with were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly when I made my appointment. The technician Dylan Gollnick, who came to our home was also knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He offered intelligent suggestions for cleaning and maintaining our carpet. Everything I was hoping for. We were kept informed as to the time of his arrival and the work he was doing to clean our carpet.
