The technician did a fabulous job getting stains out of our carpet! We were very skeptical that it could come out but it did! And looks new!

I also love that even the protectant was not very strong smelling! We are very sensitive to smells so that means a lot to us! We love Zerorez!

However u sent a link to process my payment and charged me 4 times totaling 2800 plus dollars pending on my bank acct ! I have bills that were pd and are now bouncing because ur acct department refuses to call me back and I’ve called numerous times for a manager 🤦🏼‍♀️

I love the empowered water and that there is never a stiff, crunchy soap film left behind. And of course, the customer service is always wonderful!
