Kenyon was great. Gabriela, the booking agent was terrible. Her kids were screaming in the background. I couldn’t hear her; she couldn’t hear me. The notes I gave her weren’t entered even tho I expressed that they needed to be. in the order. I said I had $100 in gift cards and 23% coupon, she said I could use both after talking to dispatch. This was not in notes for the worker. Neither were the coupon and cards comment. She, also, quoted a price lower than I was charged. You need to listen to the tape of my call.

My technician, Blaise, was friendly and efficient. He got the job done quicker than I thought he would, even though he was alone. He talked to me about wear patterns. I loved the front door shield so that the door didn't stand open with me freezing! I appreciate the phone call the day before, giving me the service window, and I appreciated Blaise's call telling me when he would arrive. Very nice services! Carpet looks fantastic!

Our Zerorez Service Specialist was great! Was even able to remove an old coffee stain that we were hiding under a chair! Applied stain protectant so no future worries about spilling!
