Website was easy to use. The process was easy because of the communication from the company and Mario who came to the house: it was not too much or not too little.
Mario was excellent; he was kind, friendly, professional & provided detailed information about the carpet cleaning process. He asked if I had any questions before, during and after the process. We walked through the rooms he had cleaned, he pointed out where he found stains & there were none when he was done. He is outstanding and an excellent representative for ZeroRez.

The service I received was amazing! The technician arrived and we went thought the entire layout of my house and he explained how the invoice would be laid out. He got to work right away and finished quickly. He was very knowledgeable of the services that the company can offer. I explained how my husband was allergic to dogs (as the previous owner had one) and he took it very seriously and made sure to do his best with the pet hair removal. Overall, a great experience and my carpets are cleaned and protected!

I had a dog mess emergency and they came the next day and my carpet looks fabulous! They coached me on what to do and not to do before they came. I have they carpet cleaning products for small spots and they work great!

The technician was very professional. After assessing the rooms, he gave his treatment recommendations and explained what the treatments would / would not do. He also advised on the next steps if we noticed any lingering pet odors.

I was very impressed with Kieran who cleaned my white carpeting. He was very considerate, kind, efficient, accommodating, etc. He did a masterful job of getting a couple high traffic areas white again! I didn’t think it was possible. This was my first time ever using Zerorez and I can say I will definitely be a repeat customer. Out tech Nick was AWESOME!!! Nick was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He talked me through what he was doing and made suggestions about future cleanings. I will definitely be using Zerorez again and hope someone at the company sees this because y’all need to give Nick a raise!
