Ted was very nice and thorough. He explained everything, especially about how some sports will come back in a few days. He did an excellent job doing extra cleaning here and there. He was in and out in under 2 hours!

After having our carpets cleaned at our Mom’s condo, I quickly set up for our home carpets to be done. Tom was great & a little too fast. Our carpet still has life now!
