He talked me through what he was doing and made suggestions about future cleanings. Website was easy to use. The process was easy because of the communication from the company and Mario who came to the house: it was not too much or not too little.
Mario was excellent; he was kind, friendly, professional & provided detailed information about the carpet cleaning process. He asked if I had any questions before, during and after the process. We walked through the rooms he had cleaned, he pointed out where he found stains & there were none when he was done. He is outstanding and an excellent representative for ZeroRez.

Terrific job cleaning my carpets. On time

The service I received was amazing! The technician arrived and we went thought the entire layout of my house and he explained how the invoice would be laid out. He got to work right away and finished quickly. He was very knowledgeable of the services that the company can offer. I explained how my husband was allergic to dogs (as the previous owner had one) and he took it very seriously and made sure to do his best with the pet hair removal. Overall, a great experience and my carpets are cleaned and protected!
