The service team arrive at the front end of the service window. They were neatly dressed, polite, and very helpful. They took great care not to damage anything in our home. And, they did an excellent job of cleaning the air ducts and the laundry vent. The photos that they took were very helpful in seeing how much dust they removed. Since they came, I have noticed a decreased in the amount of dust inside of the house.

The gentleman who came to my home did an excellent job. He was very helpful and polite. I would give him very high marks on his service. Great job.

The technicians are respectful and helpful with recommendations. I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets for years and the service is consistently excellent. I also like that there are no harsh chemicals used. I have also had area rugs cleaned and they pick them up and when they bring them back they relay them.

We chose zerorez to avoid left-over soap residue in our carpets. Carpets look great.
