I'd heard Zerorez commercials on the radio (KFAN FM 100.3) for a couple of years and was intrigued by the cleaning process they advertised.
A neighbor of ours had Zerorez out to clean their carpet and raved about it. That was what we needed to hear.
The technician was prompt and courteous.
Our carpet (white in color and 14 years old) was restored to "like new color", and the light citrus smell was very pleasant.

The professionalism of your employee was outstanding! He treated my home as it was his own.
He took the time to exam the carpet, to explain the procedure before and even during the process. My carpet naturally looks clean but it feels clean and also the house smells clean- which is amazing due to the animal damage that I had on my carpet. I Highly recommend Zerorez to Everyone!

I think you (Robert) did a great Job. He arrived in a timely manner and was very informative as to what he was doing to try to remove to cat urine from certain areas. He was pretty darn successful - however there is still a bit of a smell which he said would be in the wood and base boards and would need replaced to get rid of the smell completely. But the carpet is amazing.

The bedroom carpet, around where the dog bed was, is FABULOUS! What used to be a dark area outlining where is bed was, is completely gone.

The furniture we had him clean looks almost new! I've heard your ads all over the various radio stations, and they work! and so does your product - so glad I made the call.

Our carpet didn't feel stiff after the cleaning

They are all natural. I have a dog that has skin allergies and does not do well with chemicals. In my mind, there was no other option but to use your company. Glad I did. Our couch looks and smells so fresh!

My carpets and furniture looks great! Andrew, the tech, was wonderful! He was conscientious, careful and professional and funny. He laughed at all my jokes, spoke in complete and grammatically correct sentences and seemed bright and well educated. I am a retired teacher so those things matter to me. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend, but told her to ask for Andrew only.

Joshua was great! He was professional, did a fantastic job of explaining the process and recommending services as well as the spot removal kit. He was very knowledgeable. Both guys were good with our dog and made sure to pet and talk to him. Our carpets look super- they are clean and fluffy again! I will definitely have Joshua come back in the future.

I was impressed with how clean the guys got my carpet! Not every stain came completely out because they were old, unknown origin stains. However, they did a great job of getting them as clean as possible. My carpet,room and stairs smell and looks much fresher and I know there is no soap residue left behind.
