It was great the way everything was explained along the way. Every time he was going to do something, he would explain the steps he was taking. Overall, a great service. It would be nice if the total would have been the same as what the quote was, but with the pet stains I knew it wouldn't be.

You are very thorough in the required prep by the homeowner ( carpeting vacuumed, furniture removed - more than other companies required-
I thought the applier seemed knowledgeable and took his time asking us about stains,special areas, etc.
A day later it still looks good and so far no stains are reappearing.
