The carpet looks like new and I'm confident it's safe and clean for my new baby to crawl on.

I love that there are no harsh chemicals. I know that it is safe for my toddler and baby to crawl and play on the floor after you have cleaned. I don't have to worry about them coming in contact with any harmful chemicals.

1) Communication - when the team was coming, what they were doing while in our house, what services were included and those that would cost extra. Top notch!
2) Courtesy - the team was friendly, answered questions completely, and checked on several occassions during the visit if their was any other questions or concerns
3) Thouroughness - never before have I observed anyone sniff a carpet for cat urine! He spotted it, treated it and even removed a stain that had been present since the prior cleaning by another service.
4) Respect for our home and contents - the team wore their shoe protectors at all times, cleaned up thoroughly and was very carefull moving furniture and other of our belongings.

Everything is cleaned deeply & well. Stains do not come back.

I was very impressed with Zerorez and Juan as well. He was a low pressure sales guy and just made recommendations on what else we could do to make our carpets better. Additionally he was very personable and you could tell his primary goal was to make me a happy/satisfied customer, so refreshing. I've already recommended two neighbors use Zerorez...I'm sure there will be many more!

I liked the enzyme they used to clean up my pet stains. It smelled so fresh. i bought some to use myself. The plant enzyme.

I was very happy with our carpet cleaning, but was concerned that our couch was not completely clean--looked spotty. I called and was treated very well and a re-service was scheduled. Tim returned and re-cleaned the couch and it looks great.

I like that they are chemical-free yet do a thorough cleaning job.

There is no "perfume" or heavy fragrance to the cleaning products. The pet stains and odor are gone.
