As for the service, it couldn't have been better. Our cleaner,Dan Norman, took pride in his work. He explained what he would do, then showed us what he had done afterward. He was friendly and respectful.
I like the way the carpet is always soft and fresh after you clean it--not stiff and scratchy like the other carpet services. I also feel confident that it is sanitized after your treatments. Your staff is knowlegeable and friendly--they were prompt and got the job done quickly with a minimum of disruption.
