Prices seem fair and the technician was polite and enthusiastic. Dayton Hopkins is a very good representative for Zerorez. This young man should be training other technicians. If I have occasion to recommend Zerorez I will and specifically to Dayton Hopkins.

Friendly workers, and nolageable head person, phone calls for update and when they'ii arrive.
Only down side was one big spot came back some when carpet dried.

They work great, the technician we had was also great his name s daylon hopkins. Daylon worked very hard on our carpet and I must say when he was all done the carpet not only looked great the room smelled great.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was really professional, he knew what he was doing and above all very nice!

The no odor or residue. Cleaning stairways is a tedious job and they look brand new. The matted center trials are gone. We also appreciated being able to use a heavy water proof tarp under our area rug, yes our risk, because there was no where else to move it to. No problems; worked out fine. I would have all other area rugs cleaned, but we felt the cost was prohibitive, exceeding the cost of the rugs by three times. Too bad, I'm sure they would have looked brand new. All in all, job well done

The technician was right on time. The cleaning did not take long and was quiet. I was very glad they got the spots out with the added pet treatment. I bought the cleaning spray and have used it on coffee stains which came right out. I will use their services again on my other rooms.

That there are no chemicals being used. zerorez employees we're very knowledgeable and polite. they were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And price for the service was reasonable. We are happywith how over carpets turned out.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They were very careful with all my personal items and to mot track in dirt from the outside. The drying time was much shorter than I expected since the didn't finish until 1:30 P.M.. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done.

Quick and courteous service. No surprises. George did a fine job. I did receive a BBQ certificate but bit expired the night I received so there was not a chance of using it. That was disappointing.
