First: Our service was exceptional, especially the technician that came out to work with us. Like I said earlier, he is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful with what he could do, what he couldn't do, and honest about the possible results and/or outcomes. We would recommend Zerorez and Tom to anyone or everyone!
Second: I wish Zerorez would have some more questions in their customer review separating the serice person from the job. I think this would benefit everyone involved in the overall outcomes of a service well worth it from Zerorez!

Your guys were awesome. Very knowledgeable and did a very nice job.

Prompt, excellent service. A friend gave me a used sofa and chair. Adam used everything in his power to make both pieces look like new, taking extra time to do so. He kept things neat and explained how best to dry the furniture. I have used Zerorez for carpeting and will do so again before long. Thanks, Adam and Zerorez!

I was extremely pleased with the service. It far exceeded my expectations, leaving me wondering why I had waited so long to use their services. My carpets are 20 years old and quite worn and have several stains in my daughters bedroom(make up, lipstick..etc..). I believe the gentleman's name was Will and he went above and beyond to clean them. He was very personable and professional. My house smells wonderful and the carpets look amazing. I have already recommended them to my friends.
