The technician took time to explain the services and what he could do. John did a great job
and our carpets have not been this clean in ages. It was nice not to have all the soapy
residue left in carpet after cleaning. I will call you again.

I like that it is chemical-free and the citrus scent. Service people were courteous and knowledgeable. I bought the spot treatment powder and cleaned the grout on our kitchen floor. It worked very well!
