Zerorez had a stain guarantee. After first cleaning stains we had not seen before had popped up. Zerorez came back out with in four days and took care of the stains. Carpet looks great. RJ was polite and did a great job. I forgot the first person who came out name, but he was polite and professional also.

My first experience was excellent. I loved the way my carpets looked once they werehave done andhave left. This second time my carpets don't look as good. It looks as if they spot clean only and did not thoroughly clean the entire carpet

I was very impressed with the products and service. I had other carpet cleaned in our home within the past 6 months from another company. I am saying this because I have a good comparison to work from. The other company left a lot of water in the carpet. It took about a week or more for it to dry. The carpet also felt crunchy after the cleaning. I was very disappointed. With your company the rugs were dry within 24 hours. All of the stains came out and they looked better than I was expecting. There was no strong smell. Roman was very professional and new the products well He provided me a lot of information. I will definitely be a regular customer of Zerorez and will highly recommend to friends and neighbors. Outstanding Job!!
