The technicians were very friendly and professional. They were very careful with all my personal items and to mot track in dirt from the outside. The drying time was much shorter than I expected since the didn't finish until 1:30 P.M.. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done.

Prompt. The cleaning staff was cordial, thorough and professional. They did a great job taking on 15 or so years of neglect and hand cleaning with spray-on cleaners. Much better than anything I could have accomplished on my own.
It was fast and it made my house smell cleam
The no odor or residue. Cleaning stairways is a tedious job and they look brand new. The matted center trials are gone. We also appreciated being able to use a heavy water proof tarp under our area rug, yes our risk, because there was no where else to move it to. No problems; worked out fine. I would have all other area rugs cleaned, but we felt the cost was prohibitive, exceeding the cost of the rugs by three times. Too bad, I'm sure they would have looked brand new. All in all, job well done
