Technician was happy & inforative. He was very quick & yet did an amazing job. He pointed out that some of the worst stains may not completely come out (especially if they were pet stains), but then he was able to remove all the stains. The carpet looks new & smells great. I am thoroughly satisfied & plan on having Zerorez oout once a year to maintain the cleanliness of the entire house.

The service tech was very professional- he was dressed well and presented himself very well. He was extremely polite and he and my husband chatted throughout his time at our house. He was respectful and efficient and we won't hesitate to use Zerorez in the future or recommend you to our friends. This was the first time I've ever had my carpet cleaned and the technician was very polite and did a great job. The only trouble I had was that they entered my phone number incorrectly and they didn't confirm it with me, so I never heard from them.
they do what their suppose to do without the soap left in the carpet or chair. very good!

Also - when I signed up for the 3-room special, I was led to believe that my hallway/stairs would count as the 3rd room. but on the invoice I was charged the full $149 (for 2 bedrooms) + $30 for my hallway !!

The man that came out was extremely nice, even had treats for my dog! I had the stairs and hallway carpet cleaned, as well as a couch. He did a great job on everything, very thorough. No complaints on the carpet, however the couch still has a musky smell - unfortunately the cleaning didn't remove the smell. When scheduling the appointment, I asked about an odorizer and was told it wasn't necessary. I'm wishing they had used it though!
