My carpets are always very clean and dry quickly. You were very accomodating to our schedule. You did my house and my son's. We did not have furniture to move as the rooms were empty, so that was fine. My son, however, had furniture that should have been moved and placed on styrofoam, but the technician was alone, so he didn't move any of the furniture. That was disappointing.

Customer Service was wonderful. Carpets were cleaned professionally in a short amount of time. The technician was courteous, prompt and explained the do's and don'ts for after he left. I definitely liked the 'no chemicals' and would use again and recommend to others.

I'm hopeful that they did a super job --Of course it's good to not have the residue in your carpets to collect more dirt. The carpets look great for now --- Jason did an excellent job - He was thorough and quick. He explained everything very carefully.

Steve came to clean my carpet Tuesday, July 2nd. He was a hard worker, he worked
with me so I got the most for my money and he did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets.
