The carpet feels so clean without leaving a residue behind. Sr. tech Robert McCurdy has done outstanding work and really listens to the customer. He got stains out that others were unable to remove. I will always use Zerorex and request Rob.
Carpet cleaning had great results! There were definitely areas (high traffic like hallway and stairs) where I did not have much hope, but I was impressed with the results. There were a couple of small stains that could not be removed (looked like rust), but the guys tried. Most stains disappeared. Highly recommend the service! The service was quick (under an hour for 4.5 rooms) and the dry time as they said, 8-16 hours during humid/rainy days.
The job always makes me feel like I have new carpet & the workers are super flexible and accomodating.

I like how fast I can get my appt. Especially like not having soap put on my carpet. Like how fast it dries. I especially like my questions answered. I have only had Alex and Bill in my home for cleaning and they both are very good and also very courteous! It means a lot! They finished in the time that they said it would take to clean. I appreciate knowing that no chemicals are being used or left behind in my carpet. I also like how fast it dries. With other companies my carpets don't get as clean or have even been damaged. You always do a thorough job and my carpets are clean.
