You were early - love that!! I have dogs and live in a basement with them - it was getting a bit smelly after this wet sprint. The young man that cleaned my carpets was very nice and honest about what he thought that I should do for my carpets, but he left the decision up to me. Our technician (Jeff Vanden Boomen) was wonderful. Very knowledge about the product, kept us informed of all the steps that he was doing. Honest about things that he felt necessary to be done and things that were unnecessary so he was able to keep the cost that was best for the client, Also cleaned the tile in the kitchen and sealed it, looks awesome. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

The zerorez system is nothing short of miraculous. We had some tough stains even the technician thought wouldn't come out, but he was able to spend a bit of extram and get them looking as good as new. The technicians are friendly and professional as usual, and zerorez is worth the money every time!
