After a fair amount of investigation I selected Zerorez to clean our carpets. Initially I selected their service because they were honest, upfront and had a plan that, if initiated, would meet my needs. They confirmed their appointment, billing and final price. When it came time to execute, their representative, Jamie, was on time, a strong communicator, and very helpful to assure that our needs were fulfilled. I'm very pleased with the outcome! Zerorez did what they said they would do....they delivered! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants to deal with a professional group that have an excellent process.

your representative was very knowledgable, friendly and a hard worker. My carpets where cleaner than when I moved in. I had another servvice 2 years ago and there were some stains they could not clean. 2 years later I hire Zerorez and they got the stain cleaned.

With the exception of the miscommunication to which I have TOTALLY forgotten. Zerorez is the carpet cleaning company I have ALWAYS told people (not just friends) about. The carpet looked new. He asked about problem areas and treat them first. The tech was careful to keep the wood floor (nearby) dry and careful not to dirty/mar it. The arrival time was as expected. The tech explained everything.
