The customer service was wonderful. Everyone I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The cleaning was great. The people doing the service showed me the differences partially way through the service so I could see how well it was working.
There was no pressure to 'upgrade' my service, but they told me about other products available.

The carpets really look clean and solution used does not seem to leave residue behind. Workers were on time and courteous. Equipment looked reasonably new.
