He was prompt, he provided an explanation of the services to be provided and then he performed the carpet and upholstery cleaning very efficiently and effectively. My only regret is that I didn't take advantage of additional services, especially the tile and grout cleaning. Jacob and Zerorez surpassed my expectations ~ thank you!

Affordable, timely and good results
I was seriously considering replacing my carpet and decided to give Zerorez a shot first, I was incredibly impressed by the results - will not be replacing my carpeting!
