Did a great job of cleaning carpeting that had some nasty pet stains

pet stain remover was great - it was very expensive though - especially since I know there was nothing added to it it was just ph balanced water. the guy was very nice and very professional. I am very impressed with your cleaning my carpets looked like new when he was done.

Tech arrived and went over everything in advance. The out come was better than expected.

The job was done very well, once we got past doing my whole room vs traffic area. I contracted for whole room job. Nothing was ever said when I contracted that it was for "traffic areas only". This was a misunderstanding and Jered handled it very well and did all my rooms as my furniture allowed. I am satisfied with the results.
