1) The walk-through prior to starting the job, giving me a moment to describe the needs and why. 2) Taking the time necessary to clean the couch, and getting the stain across the bottom out! 3) A thorough job was done by all - and you were "right on" as far as drying time. 4) Other folks, which I won't name, have tried to get rid of the stain on the couch. Congratulations, you did it and did not seem to complain or rush the rest of the cleaning.
