I like the fact they are an environmentally concious company. The staff was friendly and on time. And on a hot humid day he took the time to cover my open front door to keep the cooler air in my house.

Thoroughness and friendliness (without being overly so, more just conversational and they observed well, too). Seemed honest. And, the reason you were picked besides referral from my dad was that it's all natural cleaning methods that don't have toxins (just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's safe!).

I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals.
The technician who cleaned my carpet was exceptionally polite and considerate.
