The service persons were so professional, polite and eager to please us. I very much appreciate the approach to cleaning that didn't involve chemicals that would injure us or our pet. I also appreciate that the carpet dried so quickly and looked so great.

Your products and services are of high quality - they turned my dingy dirty carpet back to it's original cream color. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet until your fabulous guys brought it back to life. I'm very happy with the results!

Chemical free cleaning is important to me as a dog-owner, and your 7-days a week service is so helpful! Getting my carpets cleaned on Sunday and NOT having to take time off work was a huge benefit.

Green, fast scheduling, great service people, carpets are far cleaner than with rental cleaners from big box stores.

Steve and Loyle(sp? sorry.) were AMAZING!!! professional, thoughtful, thorough (not only in cleaning, but in explaining everything) and our carpets look FANTASTIC!! They both were also kind to the dog, which scores big bonus points with me. Very excited to get our rug back, too. I've heard your commercials on KS95 for a LONG time, and am so glad that I finally got to experience Zerorez. YAY!!

The carpet feels fresh and clean, even though it is very old and we have two large dogs. The young man who came was very knowledgable and explained everything to us. I wish I had known about zerorez years ago!

We got an appointment right away, the tech was prompt and courteous, the only thing I was disappointed in was I can still smell dog urine. I know there was no have, I was just hoping it would come out
