I was very happy with the cleaning product used. It cleaned my carpet well. There is no strong fragrance and I was told that it is safe for pets too. We were very happy about your service and Kieran did an excellent job. He was very respectful, pleasing and was happy to move small furniture's and clean the area when requested. After it was cleaned we could get a good feeling while walking on the carpet. Great service and I would highly recommend Zerorez.

The only thing I was disappointed about. I read info on Zerorez website saying carpet would be dry in 4-8 hours. the tech told me it would take 24 hours. I thought it was very odd when I went down the freshly cleaned stairs so I could put fans in place-I used 7 fans.
When I stepped onto the carpet I was very surprised how soaking wet the stairs were.
Our carpet was still damp 4 days later! I have had Zerorez clean these same carpets and it has never been that wet for that many days. I am happy that the carpets are clean. The service person was very nice.

Really nice and thorough technician. The carpet looks like new. He was very careful around the furniture and bookshelves we were unable to move. And it was good for us to get the rooms cleared and do a little spring cleaning!
