Our tech was great. Very informative and friendly. The only reason this is a 9 instead of a 10 is there is SO much liquid still on our carpet. It's been 26 hours already and we are no where near getting to the point we could put our furniture back

From the time of booking the completion of service, everything with Zerorez was thorough and professional. The communication was easy and covered all the basis ahead of time and consistently, but not too much. The day of service, the technician was communicative, on time, kind, and thorough.
He made sure to ask what the outcomes I was trying to achieve were and followed up at the end of the service to talk about how those were achieved. All in all I am very satisfied with the service and would use Zerorez again!
