The Technicians that performed both the duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning were very friendly and extremely hard working. Jon and James did the duct cleaning and Chris and Joseph did the carpet cleaning. It is very rare to see someone with as much pride for his work as Chris displayed. He is a tremendous ambassador forthe company as well as the actual cleaning.
Your service people were very professional and clearly explained their service and costs prior to starting the work. They were friendly and did a vert nice job on the carpets which were a challenge because of pet stains.

I like that you don't use soaps and chemicals which attach themselves to the stains which attract dirt, so the stain just returns and darker. The techs are always veer professional. Our tech this time, Mario, was the best we've had. He was very polite and thorough.
