Your technicians work hard to satisfaction. Had three small dog spots and he thoroughly worked to remove stain. This is the third time I have used this company and I will continue to call. I will recommend to friends.

I've been waiting for this request. Terry called ahead, came on time and made friends with Arnie, our standard Schnauzer. Arnie is suspicious of UPS & FEDEX deliveries. He barks when they come close to the front door. We have relatives that arrive and Arnie barks. He, Arnie, wanted to stay and watch the cleaning. My wife had to take him in another room while Terry did his work.
The cleaning was done in about an hour. We had to keep Arnie in another room...he might have left with Terry if he'd been loose.
This is the fourth time we've called Zerorez. We, my wife and I, have loved the service.
Today, after the carpet dried, I saw something unusual...Arnie flopped on the carpet. He was stretched out on his side on the clean carpet. He's never done this in the 19 months we've been here in Cambridge.
I never give a 10, no one is perfect. Terry gets my 99.99. Arnie rates him 10.
