Everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises at the end of our appointment. Mike, our cleaner, was efficient, pleasant, and personable. He wore booties and even got up a stubborn stain in our carpet.

I thought the service was Great... the person who did our carpets was Pete Graves and he was very thural and explained everything before he started cleaning the carpets. We have 2 dog's and the carpets were pretty bad and they are actually smelling good and look great. We will probably not be replacing them now. Thanks
