My technician was fabulous. He perfectly explained everything to me and worked to give me the best value for my buck, as I am planning for a wedding I told him I didn't have a huge budget. He worked with me to stay within budget while getting all of what I needed done. I will be requesting him for my next service no doubt.

I am very pleased whenever any of the Zerorez employees come to my home. They are always in the window of time they say. They are very helpful with anything that needs to be moved etc. and explain what they will be doing. Since the first time I had them come to my home I have had no other company come to clean my carpets and have told many people how satisfied I am with your company.

I am impressed with the empowered water system which never leaves a film or residue. Adam was prompt, efficient, informative and professional with his service. He arrived at the appointed time and was finished precisely when he said he would be. He also asked if I had any questions before he left. I have used Zerorez for 3 years and with this excellent service, have no reason to use any other carpet cleaning service.

The quality of your workers. The quality of the carpet and tile cleaning. We are very satisfied customers. We had our entire home flooring cleaned during June and July, upper and lower levels.

They did a beautiful job on all of my furniture; my carpets are old so in some areas the worn areas do not look as clean. But overall I am satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the customer service that Dennis has provided to me. I was not happy the first time that my carpets were cleaned. Dennis followed up with me promptly and we set a date to have them cleaned again. When Dave came to my house he was very courteous and professional. He asked questions and listened to my concerns. He even made a plan moving forward as to how I would clean my spots on my carpet. I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends in the future. Thank you!!
