They did not try to upsale products but gave appropriate information of things we may be able to use, then let us decide. I'm confident I will be able to follow their recommendations.Darryl was also very thorough with our carpet cleaning. I didn't know the carpets could look as good as they do. Stains are gone and they are beautiful to look at again.
