The online scheduling process was easy, and I received a confirmation email from the company shortly, they were able to answer all my questions. The day of, due to a locked door accident, the techs were unable to get into my house. I had to reschedule, but that was also easy and when they came back, they did a great job. Very good communication the entire time!
