The team was very friendly, helpful and had a great attitude! I am usually a tough customer to satisfy and your team far exceeded my expecations both from a service standpoint and the results were amazing! There was a wine stain that was in my house from the previous owner. I used another carpet cleaning service and they said that they could not get the stain out. The zerorez team used a creative approach and completely removed the stain. I am a huge fan of Zerorez!

The technician that you sent to my home was very informative as well as friendly my carpets look good . There was only one small spot that I wasn't happy with 24 hours later it has darkened up a bit
