Due the fact that carpet was 4 years old and had never been cleaned, I wasn't expecting to be very pleased with the outcome. To my surprise the carpet looks almost new with the exception of the heavy traffic areas which look pretty darn themselves. Ryan was VERY knowledgeable and professional and personable at the same time. He even called us in to see the progress after he got started. We were thrilled. Yes, we will call on you again and request Ryan as our technician. Thank you.

I just like the fact you do not soap or chemicals of any sort. Soap residue just hastens the carpeting to getting dirty sooner.

My stairs and main living room carpet look brand new. I forgot to have him give me an estimate for my air duck cleaning. I would use them again next time I need a cleaning.

We have tried other carpet cleaners and the results are just not the same. The carpets look so much better with Zerorez. The technician was extremely approachable and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend your services. I like that they are natural products. Jamie was very friendly and did a very nice and thorough job cleaning our carpets.
