Joe, our technician, was super! He was professional, polite, well versed in the process and super friendly. He told me he was new and had been working for only a few months with this company. He's a keeper! I'd hire him immediately again. This is the first time I used this company, and the process of cleaning was amazing. I've never had any other company able to clean as well as this. Highly recommend.
There was a small discrepancy in pricing, but he communicated with his manager and we got it straightened out. No problem. He was professional and a good listener.

Carpets and tile looked great, prompt and friendly service.
I love the stain removal products that they use before treatment.
We have an 8 month old puppy and the results after cleaning were
amazing. I love the protective products put down after cleaning
and the products we are able to purchase for further stains and odor removal.

No residue of course! I have been using Zerorez for a few years now and will never go anywhere else. Before that, we tried Stanley Steamer and OxiFresh. Stanley left such a crunchy, soapy mess that I felt our carpets needed cleaning again within a couple of days. With OxiFresh we had such bad problems with our airways being irritated as it dried, well, that can't be good for you, right?
