The young men that work for Zerorez did amazing job on my parent's carpets, they were on time and very were informative about what they were doing. Any questions that I had were answered with no problems. The carpets had dog urine on them and were cleaned without any problems. They got the carpets cleaned and we are very pleased with the job they did.

He also explained the benefits of duct work and how all the dirt is contained and would not end up all over the freshly cleaned carpet.
