I would have had the ceramic tile cleaned as well, except it was way too expensive.😩 If I was to reconsider on the tile cleaning at a later date, I would request that Billy Darwitz do the job! The technician was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail. We were very impressed with how the carpets turned out. They were soft, not crusty like after some cleaners. The drying time was about 12 hours, which was much faster than we expected. We would definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend them to friends and family.
