you showed up when you said you would. You gave a courtesy call just before you arrived, very considerate. I asked about different things & in each case the technician took the time to explain & show me if he was able. The technicians were very approachable.

Alex was great he was polite and very knowledgable about the services and definitely not a hard sell. OUr carpets look brand new !!!!!! Now to put the new living room furniture can't wait for the delivery. The only thing I noticed was the carpet doesn't seem as soft and I'm hoping that it changes after a few vacuums but over all GREAT job Alex and zerorez . I'm also a member of Angie's list so will post something there thanks again
That I wasn't perfect the 1st time on some of the stains they came right back out and tried again. The stains are gone I am very happy with them and customer service. Wish they didn't charge me a flat fee just to come out to our house. we are out of their range but advert they are in our area.
