he was very knowledgeable--was on time and very polite..my only complaint was that when I called in I wanted not only my carpets cleaned but my sectional and chair and was quoted the cost--when he came, it was not on his assignment so he did not have the tool for the sectional/chair--now I either have to reschedule and take another day off or decide if I want to have another company come out.

I love the fact that there is no soap used!! This is a "clean" way of cleaning and it is wonderful!! I love that you can remove virtually ANYTHING from the carpets....we had a stain that we'd tried everything on and nothing happened to it. Grant, the technician, came in and worked his magic and the stain is GONE!! I also love the fact that you do service on the weekends....that's AWESOME!!! Thank you for cleaning our home....we will DEFINITELY have you back out to clean again!!!

I like your carpet cleaning process and feel it's a much better clean than others offer. I live in Nebraska and we have used Zerorez at our office. This service was at my rental in Minnetonka. When I asked the tenant how the carpets looked he replied, "carpets look new"! I couldn't be happier with the service.
The tech was very informative and kept in touch throughout the process.

It's easy to get an appointment quickly. The services are done well while they are there. They leave helpful instructions. I was able to get exactly what I wanted done, since I didn't want full rooms cleaned - I just had some "touch ups" needed.
