There is a difference from other types of cleaning. Carpets stay clean longer, apparently because no residue is left behind. You have gotten several severe stains out for me. Appreciated you coming out just for stairs after a whole bowl of red shrimp sauce was spilled down them. They look great

techs were professional and explained everything to me before they began. I thought I would need to replace the carpeting but it came out so very clean, the tech said I won't need to replace for another few years. The cleaning brightened the carpeting and stains from the dog were removed. Very nice job! I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor!
